We have been in Japan for over 3 generations since the late1950’s. Our headquarters was originally set-up in Singapore six decades ago, before we ventured out and expanded our presence in the Asia-Pacific Region.

Japan, having such a deep history with great culture, required us to conduct our business in a very unique way. For the past 50 years we have learnt and understood “The Japanese Way”, and with this experience, we have slowly and surely established ourselves in the Real Estate Market of this Unique Country.

Our own property portfolio in Japan is quite sizable, and we are expecting to double it in Y2007.
